What to do if you do not have heat

1. Make sure that the emergency electrical shut off switch is in the “ON” position (This is usually a red plate located on the main floor near the basement steps)
2. Determine that the room thermostat or other controlling device is calling for the burner to come on.
3. Check the oil level in your oil tank.
4. Push red reset button only ONCE and listen to see if the burner comes on.
5. Check for any blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers in your electrical box.
